April 2014 - "Good Morning Tanner,
Hope all is well and you had a nice Easter. . .
As for the Heat Siphon Heat Pump, it is working great and I am extremely pleased with the performance and operation. With temperatures in the 60’s and low 70’s the 22,000 gallon pool warms at a rate of 1 degree per hour and is easily maintained at 84F with running of the pump 4 to 5 hours during the day.
June, 2006 - "Everythiing is
hooked up and working GREAT! The water was up to 87 degrees. We replaced our 5-year
old, rotted out, propane heater that we only ran on the weekends. It cost about $45.00
every time we just to heat the water for the day.
Now with our Heat Siphon the water
is staying at 85 degrees. We can now use the pool every day if we want. Thank You
P.S. The Propane Company is not going to be too happy."
October, 2006 - "It took a few days, but it got the pool up to 84 degrees. It’s wonderful getting into a nice warm pool while it’s 45 degrees outside and raining."
UPDATE November, 2006:
"We live about 1500 feet from the Newaukum River in Lewis County. When we were installing our heat pump last month, we thought it would be prudent to elevate the heater a bit because we have had some flooding before (10 years ago), so we built a concrete pad that was about 18 inches higher than native ground.
I think you might guess where this is going. Tuesday morning when we got up the river was roaring through the backyard and the heat pump was above water with about 8 inches to spare.
We haven’t given up on this swimming season yet, so the heater was running the whole time and we went swimming a few hours after this picture was taken.
It was 50 degrees outside and raining - water raging all around - but the pool was a calm and balmy 85. "
June, 2001 - "I just wanted to thank you for the excellent
service you and your team provided on your product. Not only did you support your
product after the sale, your concern for us being able to use it for this past weekend
was very important to us. I replaced the low freon cutoff sensor you sent me on Wednesday
and my family and I spent the entire weekend in the pool that was 85 degrees. Thanks
again for all your help."

May, 2006 - "By switching from propane to your heaters and pool covers, our fuel bill went
from $5,000.00 per month to $200.00 per week.
I really never believed that the savings would be so great."

October, 2006 - (installed February, 2005) "I called Susan and she walked me through hooking the line back up. I would recommend you to anyone I know that is looking for a pool heater. Your customer service is A+"
October, 2006 -" I had the pad poured, unit wired and piping in place in about 2.5 hours. We were putting warm water in the pool less than 24 hours from delivery of our new system. Thanks again."
"I received my Heat Siphon within a week of placing the order and had it professionally installed two days later. It was an easy install and has increased the water temp. 16 degrees in the last 36 hours.
I have been swimming each day since the heater brought the tem up to 83....love it."
June, 2006 - "The (heat) pump is now installed and working beautifully the water went from 68 to 88 in just 20 hours.
Anyone who is thinking of putting a heater in do not wait it is easy and our pool has been used more in the last two days than it has in five years"

April, 2006 - "We received the heater in record time, put it in the following weekend and had our pool temperature go from 57- 84 degrees within days "
Plattsburgh, New York
May, 2006 - "Install my pool heater on May 15th. Finally, after all our rainy weather, I was able to crank it up yesterday at 1:45 pm. My water temp went from 58 to 82 at 7pm today.
So far so good, I'd say. Installation was a piece of cake. Thanks for all your help and suggestions. Looks like we'll be enjoying lots of warm water."
May, 2006 - "the Heat Siphon is a DREAM. .Cuts in and out with no fuss, thermostat operates beautifully, and of course, it's relatively quiet.
I keep it set at 88 degrees, and it doesn't vary even +/- 1 of the set-temp. . . . .
I keep running-costs down by switching it off manually at night, so that it only pumps "day-time air", which is hot, and better efficiency all round . . ."
January, 2005 - "Hi, I just wanted to thank you for a wonderful
unit. I just finished hooking it up(the three and a half hp unit) and it works great.

March, 2006 - "I'm the guy from NJ you wrote that lengthy e-mail about the best heat pump for me and I bought your heat siphon and it's up and running great. "
